Ruched Bloomer White

The ruched bloomers are made from a light weight Indian cotton, it is double layered and ruched using shirring. The fabric is very soft and gets softer with every wash. It is very slightly see thru. The bloomers are secured with elastic at the top. They feature french seams on all seams for a luxurious finish.
The ruched bloomers are mid rise with a three inch inseam.
The bloomers are made to order.
